On another site we fully serviced six Modumax MK2 boilers and replaced every serviceable component. Combustion is checked and recorded, safety devices are tested, and pumps and pressurisation are checked on every visit.
Anything needing attention is reported with a price before it becomes an emergency, and records are issued per appliance so the compliance file stays current.
