Heating and hot water sized for the peak, planned around trading hours
Hotels, restaurants, golf clubs, pools, pubs and retail sites across Brighton, Sussex and London. Plant designed for occupancy peaks and work planned around trading, because a cold shower or a closed floor costs you money.

Hospitality and retail plant works hardest exactly when the building is busiest: breakfast hot water in a full hotel, a Saturday trading floor, a golf club changing room in December. We design for the peak, not the average, and we plan installations and servicing around trading hours rather than the other way round.
Recent work includes two Ideal iMax Xtra 280kW boilers with magnetic system filters at a Tesco Extra, a second commercial boiler replacement at another Tesco store, a heat exchanger on a country club's commercial swimming pool boiler, a golf course's main heat exchanger replaced before winter, and a boiler replacement for a family-run pub in Kent.

The questions you are already asking
Trading hours are not negotiable
Plant room work on a live store or a full hotel is planned around the business. We phase changeovers, work early or overnight where it makes sense, and keep hot water and heating running through the job.
Hot water demand is spiky
A hotel at breakfast or a leisure centre at 6pm draws more hot water in an hour than an office does in a day. We size storage and recovery for the real peak so the last room does not run cold.
Guests notice failures before you do
Planned maintenance at the right frequency, with heat exchangers and burners replaced before they fail, is how a venue avoids a review that mentions the shower.
Heating and cooling in the same building
We install and maintain commercial AC alongside the heating plant, under one agreement, so the front-of-house climate and the plant room have one contractor.
How we work
From survey to a building that stays warm
- 1
Survey against real occupancy and hot water peaks, not floor area
- 2
Design storage and recovery for the busiest hour
- 3
Programme works around trading, with the changeover window agreed in advance
- 4
Commission, document and hand over
- 5
Planned maintenance with priority breakdown response during working hours

Retail, Hotels & Leisure: common questions
Can you work on a live retail site?
Yes. The Tesco Extra plant room upgrade was completed on a trading store. We plan the work around opening hours and keep heating and hot water available throughout.
Do you look after swimming pool boilers?
Yes. We replaced a heat exchanger on a country club's commercial swimming pool boiler, and service pool plant as part of maintenance contracts.
Do you cover AC for hotels and restaurants?
Yes. We are REFCOM F-Gas certificated and install, service and maintain commercial AC alongside heating plant.
