REFCOM F-Gas certificated air conditioning for commercial buildings. We install, service and maintain commercial AC alongside the heating plant it usually shares a building with, so one contractor covers both sides of the building's climate, on one maintenance schedule, with one point of contact.
Most commercial buildings run heating and cooling in the same spaces and often share controls. Having one contractor look after both removes the gap where each side assumes the other has it covered.

Installation
Commercial split, multi-split and VRF systems specified and installed for the building's real heat loads and usage patterns. We size for the rooms and the occupancy, route pipework and condensate cleanly, and commission every system before handover.
Servicing and maintenance
Planned AC maintenance keeps systems efficient, extends equipment life and protects manufacturer warranties. We run AC maintenance across whole care home groups as well as single offices, and can fold it into the same agreement as the heating plant so there is one visit schedule and one invoice.
F-Gas compliance
F-Gas rules cover the handling of the refrigerants used in air conditioning. In practice that means qualified handling, regular leak checks on larger systems and proper records. As a REFCOM F-Gas certificated company we carry out the leak checks, keep the compliance records and handle refrigerant recovery, so your premises stay on the right side of the regulations.
Combined heating and cooling contracts
One contractor for plant rooms, heating and AC across your portfolio. We already maintain heating and hot water for care home groups, managed blocks and schools; adding the AC to the same agreement is usually the simplest way to close the compliance gap and cut a supplier off the list.

Do you install new AC systems or only maintain them?
Both. We install split, multi-split and VRF systems for commercial premises and take on servicing and maintenance of existing systems, whoever installed them.
What does F-Gas certification mean for me as a building owner?
If your building has air conditioning above certain refrigerant charge thresholds you have legal obligations around leak checking and record-keeping, and only certificated engineers can work on the refrigerant circuit. Using a REFCOM certificated contractor covers both.
Can you maintain our AC and our boilers under one contract?
Yes, and we recommend it. One schedule, one point of contact and no gap between the two sides of the building's climate. We do this already for care home groups and managed buildings.
