Our focus is commercial: plant rooms, commercial boilers, air conditioning and heating systems for businesses, managed buildings and institutions. We take on select domestic heating and heat pump work where capacity allows; see the domestic heating page.
Typical projects are full plant room replacements, commercial boiler installations and building-wide AC or heating systems, through to ongoing planned maintenance. If you manage a portfolio, we run maintenance contracts across multiple sites under one agreement.
We are based in Brighton and work across East and West Sussex, with commercial projects and maintenance clients in London and the wider South East.
Yes. We are Natural Gas and LPG qualified, including commercial gas pipework, purging and testing, and all work is completed to Gas Safe Register requirements. We issue commercial gas safety certificates for landlords, managing agents and business premises.
Yes. We are REFCOM F-Gas certificated and install, service and maintain commercial air conditioning, often alongside the heating plant in the same building, under one agreement.

Both. We design heating systems in-house, from heat-loss calculations and sizing through to schematics and specifications, and have designed systems for hotels, office buildings, blocks of flats, care homes and a shopping mall.
Yes. Annual, bi-annual or quarterly planned maintenance visits that keep systems performing, maintain compliance and extend equipment lifespan, across single sites and full portfolios including a national care group's estate.
Yes. We hold CHAS accreditation, Gas Safe registration, REFCOM F-Gas certification, MCS accreditation, RECC membership, TSI Approved Code and APHC membership, and maintain comprehensive insurance for commercial contract work. Certificates are available on request for your compliance records.
