Facilities management & main contractors

The mechanical subcontractor your approved-supplier list is missing

Commercial gas, plant rooms, boilers and AC for FM companies, M&E consultants and main contractors. CHAS accredited, Gas Safe, REFCOM and MCS, with the documentation your procurement team needs on day one.

FM providers and main contractors need a mechanical subcontractor who turns up with the right certificates, works to the specification, documents everything and does not need chasing. That is the job we are set up for: the capability of a national contractor, with the responsiveness of a specialist.

We have delivered installs won against larger contractors on the same specified works, hold CHAS (SSIP), Gas Safe, REFCOM F-Gas and MCS, and can provide the insurance and accreditation pack for onboarding on request.

What matters in this sector

The questions you are already asking

Onboarding paperwork

CHAS accreditation, Gas Safe registration, REFCOM F-Gas certification, MCS, insurance certificates and RAMS: available on request in one pack for your approved-supplier process.

Working to someone else's specification

Design-and-build or install-to-spec both work for us. Where your consultant has specified the plant we install to the drawings and flag anything on site that the drawings did not anticipate, before it becomes a variation.

Reporting your client can see

Per-appliance service records, gas safety certificates and F-Gas records after every visit, in a format you can pass straight through to the end client.

Response when plant fails

Priority breakdown response during working hours for contract sites, with fault diagnosis and repair (burners, gas valves, heat exchangers, pumps, controls) rather than a default to replacement.

Facilities Management & Main Contractors: common questions

Are you CHAS accredited?

Yes. CHAS accreditation (SSIP) alongside Gas Safe, REFCOM F-Gas, MCS, RECC, TSI Approved Code and APHC membership. Certificates and insurance documents are available on request for your supplier file.

Will you install to our consultant's specification?

Yes. We install to specification and price from the drawings, and we raise anything the survey shows the drawings did not anticipate before it becomes a variation.

Can you cover sites across the South East?

Yes. We are based in Brighton and work across Sussex, London and the South East, with maintenance clients in east and central London today.
