Ground source heat pump with horizontal slinky collectors
A genuine ground source installation with horizontal slinky collectors, from groundworks to commissioning. Proof we install what we design.

The challenge
A site with the land for horizontal collectors and a client taking the long-term view on running cost and carbon, wanting a ground source system rather than air source.
What we did
Horizontal slinky ground collectors laid in trenches at collector depth, connected to the heat pump plant and cylinders inside the building, then commissioned under the MCS process. Groundworks, plant and commissioning all handled by us.
The outcome
A working ground source system drawing on the stable 10 to 12 degrees C below ground all year, installed by the same team that designed it.
