Six Vaillant AroTherm heat pump plant installs with over 300 square metres of underfloor heating per plot, designed and delivered to one specification across a new-build development.
The challenge
A six-house development needed a heat pump heating and hot water system designed once and delivered identically across every plot, coordinated with the other trades and finished in sequence as each house completed.
What we did
One design: Vaillant AroTherm air source heat pumps, cylinders and plant room pipework, with over 300 square metres of Speedfit underfloor heating in each plot. We installed the plant rooms across the site, laid the underfloor heating as each floor was ready, and commissioned plot by plot.
The outcome
Six plant installs delivered to the same specification, the final plot completed in time for Christmas, and a review that credits the coordination with other trades as much as the installation.
