The challenge

A care home draws hot water around the clock: bathing, laundry and kitchens for residents who cannot wait for a plant fault to be fixed. The home needed heating and hot water it could rely on 24/7.

What we did

Two Keston Heat 2 55kW boilers for heating, paired with a Rinnai hot water system with 500 litres of storage and backup immersion heating so hot water stays available even if the gas plant is off. Built for efficiency, reliability and peace of mind.

The outcome

Reliable heating and hot water for the home 24 hours a day, with stored hot water and an electric backup so no single fault leaves residents without.
